​SPECIAL REQUESTS

Any special requests or specific cabin assignments (adjoining cabins, cabin locations etc.) are subject to additional fees and are not guaranteed.  Accessible cabins may be requested and are subject to availability.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required prior to confirming your cabin.  Once the Cabin Request Form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice for the Initial Deposit within 48 hours.  Second Deposit and Final Payment invoice will be emailed to the PRIMARY GUEST email provided on the Cabin Request form 2 weeks before the payment is due.

• INITIAL DEPOSIT:     $250.00 Per Person due ($500 Single Occupancy) upon registering​

• SECOND DEPOSIT:    $250.00 Per Person due ($500 Single Occupancy) due on or before November 15, 2025

• FINAL PAYMENT:      Remaining Balance due on or before January 30, 2026

​​​​CANCELLATION POLICY

• From Cabin Confirmation until December 31, 2025 (5PM EST):  Cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of $150.00 per person, including 3rd & 4th passengers ($300.00 Single Occupancy). Any processing fees incurred are non-refundable.  

• From January 1, 2026 until January 30, 2026 (5PM EST):  Cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of $200.00 per person, including 3rd & 4th passengers ($400.00 Single Occupancy). Any processing fees incurred are non-refundable.  

• From February 1, 2026 until March 30, 2026 (5PM EST): A 50% cancellation fee of the total per person cost will be assessed for any cancellation including 3rd & 4th passengers.  Any processing fees incurred are non-refundable.

• From March 31, 2026 until April 29, 2026 (5PM EST):  A 75% cancellation fee of the total per person cost will be assessed for any cancellation including 3rd and 4th passengers.  Any processing fees incurred are non-refundable.

• From April 30, 2026 until sailing date:  There will be no refund or credit of any kind.

*Notice of all cancellations must be made in writing via email. This is the only acceptable method of cancellation.  All notices must be sent to nrowan@cccruisefl.com.

• Price is based on occupancy outlined and is capacity controlled.

• Staterooms are subject to availability and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited.​​

• Stateroom numbers will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Those booking early will be assigned the most desirable locations first. Staterooms will be assigned in February 2026 following final payment. You will receive an email with reservation #, cabin assignment and all pertinent information needed to check-in online with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. 

• Stateroom Inventory within each cabin type is limited and based on availability.  ​

PARKING AT PORT:

A safe and secure parking facility is conveniently located adjacent to the cruise terminal. During peak season additional over flow lots are on site, free shuttle service will be provided.  Visit Cape Liberty Cruise Port website for more information.
